Shelagh Fenner is a British-born artist working with video, photography and mixed media.
Coming from an academic background in social science, her work is informed by an interest in the place of the individual in society.
Her practice explores the relationship between the vernacular in photography and the sacred. This includes work around memory; enchantment and the use of ritual and performance during the expression of spiritual belief.
Shelagh Fenner studied Fine Art at The Liverpool School of Art.
